I got caught up in the YouTube shorts rabbit hole and stayed up way too late last night. The brain fog is strong today. Yesterday I tried to make a pizza crust using chickpea flour following a recipe that Claude.ai gave me. It was less than successful. Spreading a batter onto a parchment paper that set on a hot cook sheet is annoyingly hard.
